Key points below. The full agreement (rental terms, liability waiver and recording release) is signed before your first session.

• Launch Session first. New clients complete the Launch Session ($250 flat, plus Ohio sales tax) before booking Turnkey Studio time.
• StreamYard required. Set up your own StreamYard account before every session, including the Launch Session.
• Book 72 hours ahead, in 1-hour increments. Setup and teardown count inside your booked time.
• Payment. 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm; full balance received before your session starts. Zelle, PayPal or check. No payment at the door.
• Cancellations. 7+ days out: full refund minus a $50 booking fee. 48 hours to 7 days: one free reschedule or a 50% refund. Under 48 hours or no-show: deposit forfeited.
• No smoking or vaping of any kind, anywhere inside the Studio (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana). Violations are charged a $250 smoking/vaping cleaning fee.
• Leave it clean and as you found it, or a $75 cleaning fee applies. No food or drinks at the desk or near Equipment.
• Max 4 people per session. Under 18 needs a parent or guardian present. No alcohol, illegal drugs, or weapons.
• No editing services. You get raw and/or live-switched files only. Bring a USB drive or SSD; backups are kept 14 days.
• You own your content. Damage caused by you or your guests is billed to you.
